Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. The line is specified for biodegradable material as well as HDPE resin with filler.The in-line flexographic printer runs water-based and solvent-based inks, a bobbin change unit allows non-stop operation, and a waste recovery unit returns the die-cut scrap to the line.
