Mini Blown Film Machine
Mini blown film machines are compact, small-output blown film extrusion systems designed for laboratory testing, product development, and small-batch production. They follow the same process as industrial lines (melting, annular die extrusion, bubble inflation, cooling, and winding) at a scale that needs only small quantities of material and minimal floor space.
Typical users include resin and masterbatch suppliers evaluating new formulations, universities and research institutes, packaging developers testing film structures, and small manufacturers producing specialty or short-run film. Mini lines are also used for training, since operators can study melt behavior, bubble stability, and film properties without committing production-scale material. Depending on the model, single-layer or multilayer configurations may be available.
