CW-P2 is a fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of maximum 500 T-shirt bags/min by 2 lines printed or non-printed bags, with an integrated in-line automatic punching unit and automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft.

Machine Features:

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bag lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control of unwinding film rolls.

• Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

• In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.

• Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
