Injection Molding Machine (AF Series)

Machine comes equipped with two sets of hydraulic core pulling device on the rotation plate. In addition, it also comes with cooling system in the molds. During operation, the rotation plate does not come in contact with the platen, thus reducing the possibility of damage caused by friction. Besides, with accurate confirmation of the rotation position, it can protect the mold themselves.

Two isolated barrel sets inject at the same time, thereby reducing cycle time. The shorter cycle time increases productivity
    of the machine and hence helps to yield bigger profits. 
b. With an accuracy reaching 0.01mm, linear potentiometers are used in the two injection sets and clamping molds to
    accurately control the injection process and the closing and opening of molds. 
c. By PRO/ENGINEER computer aid designed clamping system, the clamp stroke and distance between bars have been
    enlarged for verstaile usage. 
d. High torque and excellent performance of hydraulic motor can drive screw directly, thus shortening plasticizing time and
    saving energy. 
e. Using only the finest steel and innovative ion-nitriding process, the hardness of screw and barrel reaches above HV950 to
    ensure high wear resistance. 
f. Superior hydraulic design system ensures the decrement of the tube pressure. Assembled with pump and motor, it can
    lower the machine's noise to 80DB below. 
g. With features such as limitations for screw cold starts, broken wire detection, etc., a PID temperature controller is used to
    control the temparature at ±1°C. 
h. Using water distributor with thermometer, molding quality can be improved through well control of temperature. 
i. Fully automatic lubrication device ensures excellent lubricating effect and assures machine's accuracy. 
j. Bad product detecting function recognizes short-shot or other abnormal products. 
k. Larger product dropping passage allows the machine be adoptable to to use with conveyor for fully automatic production. 
l. With insert function, this type of machine can produce triple colored products.

Clamping Unit:
 
a. By Computer Aided Design (CAD) clamping system, the clamp stroke and distance between tie bars have been enlarged
    for versatile usage. 
b. Machines are equipped with up-down toggle system for high speed molding. 
c. Linear potentiometer can reach 0.01mm high accuracy, and all position settings can be saved into the computer, suitable
    for high precision molding. 
d. Fully automatic lubrication device ensures excellent lubricating effect and assures machine's accuracy. 
e. Ring gear and hydraulic motor driving are for quick die height adjustment. 
f. Hydraulic ejector is time retaining, vibration, position retain functions, and an air blasting ejector can be added. 
g. Core pull and unscrewing device have multi-sequence design, suitable for all kinds of molds. 
h. Installed with sliding clamp system cover, easy for inspection and maintenance.

Injection Unit: 
a. Suitable for thermosetting plastic material, double-function for exchanging between thermo-plastic and thermosetting. 
b. By linear potentiometer for 0.01mm high precision position control for injection and clamping systems. 
c. Use of oil heating circulation and electric heating for barrel, ensures the stability of temperature control. 
d. Specialized screw & barrel for thermosetting, special treated steel of barrel set for anti-erosion when in use of
    thermosetting material. 
e. Built-in cold start protection, loop break alarm and heat reservation function, the tolerance of temperature deviation is
    ±1°C only. 
f. High torque and excellent performance of hydraulic motor can drive screw directly and shorten plasticizing time so that
    saves energy. 
g. Bad product detecting function to recognize short-shot or other unnormal products 
h. Special design of nozzle for quick-clearing purpose when machines suspended.

Electrical Unit: 
a. Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical safety devices consist tri-interlock safety system. 
b. Emergency stop on operation & rear sides. 
c. Low pressure mold opening & closing protection. 
d. Hydraulic overheating alarm & automatic shut-down devices. 
e. By microprocessor controller equipped with 4 stages injection, 3 stages holding pressure and 3 stages back pressure. 
f. Shut-down memorized device with 100 memory presets on molding data. 
g. EL display of pressure, speed time and distance for each motion. 
h. Screw rotating speed read-out.
