Product Serial: QKL-B4H This series is a complete closed loop servo system consisting of two solenoid valves, an internal pressure transducer, and electronic controls. Based on analog signal, the pressure is controlled by two solenoid valves to maintain precise pressure; one valve functions as inlet control, the other as exhaust. The pressureoutput is measured by an internal or an external feedback pressure transducer that provides a feedbacksignal to the electronic controls. The regulator is suitable for industries that require precise pressure changes at any time and monitor pressure values. Available with 3 selections of input signal: 0-10VDC, 4-20mA, or RS485 Modbus. Monitor signal can be chosen from 0-10V, or 4-20mA. Our special design offers high pressure and high flow capability electronic pressure regulator in uni-body design. Z series large vertical shredders are mostly recommended for applications processing pre-shredded metal scrap from twin shaft shredding systems. These machines aggressively size reduce and densify pre-shredded material whilst liberating the various different fractions, allowing for better separations and reduced transportation costs. The breakers in the upper part of the chamber smash the material until it is small enough to enter the gap between the milling rings and chamber liners. When the material enters the second stage the milling rings impact, grind and roll the material into clean, dense nuggets. When milled in to small enough pieces, the balled-up material falls into the lower chamber and is ejected by the discharge paddles. The three above stages create a product which is both clean and of high bulk density suitable for transportation.

Ultrasonic metal welding, generally for the fusion of low melting point metal materials such as copper, aluminum, etc. Taking the ultrasonic welding metal plate as an example, the two metal plates are overlapped and placed on the base, and the ultrasonic welding head is pressed against the coincident metal plate with appropriate pressure, and a lateral vibration of 20,000 to 40,000 times per second is applied. The two metal plate joints are subjected to high frequency vibration friction and welded. In this welding mode, the solvent is not required, and the welding portion does not need to pass current and heat, and is close to the cold joint, and the intermetallic compound is less likely to occur, and the structure changes little. The welding feature is that the deformation of the joint is less, the material is not melted, and the thermal influence of the material is not significantly changed. The fragile cast structure or the intermetallic compound can be obtained, and the fusion of the foil and the small joint can be achieved without strong resistance welding. Long foil can be applied by roller type continuous welding. KWG0935 model can be applied to lithium battery copper aluminum foil and aluminum nickel sheet welding, copper aluminum foil spot welding, capacitor copper aluminum foil spot welding, etc. KWG2020 model can be applied to lithium battery aluminum shell and aluminum nickel sheet welding, wire and terminal welding, wire butt welding, wire and metal plate welding, metal plate spot welding, etc........
