This model is specially designed for aluminum foil coating. The whole structure of machine is consisted of 3 coating units, 1 unwinding unit and 2 rewinding units. Single-sided, double-sided, and single-sided double-layer coating process options are available options for different requirements of various products. In the coating process, 6 sections two-stage drying tunnel is set on top of the machine for efficient drying. For feeding operation, there are two-axle automatic splicing devices both on unwinding/rewinding units. This two-axle feature focuses on continuous operation, which ensures production efficiency. The whole machine is controlled by PLC digital control system and HMI touch screen interface, which makes coating production easier and more convenient.

The feeding process is designed to use double-axle automatic approach, and thus the machine is unnecessary to pause during continuous feeding.
