Strong representation in major markets
At Polystar's booth during K show, clients were able to speak to Polystar's representatives from its main markets such as India, Russia and Mexico, who were present at Polystar's stand the entire time. "Our agents around the world is a key to our steady business growth, " said Wallace Lin, General Manager of Polystar. " They represent Polystar in their countries and they must provide the whole package besides selling machines --- installation, after-sale service, maintenance and even knowledge of production to the customers. We share a common goal and believe that in-time and comprehensive after-sale services is the only way to establish Polystar as a premium brand in the market."

"We have a strong service team in Russia, said Andrey Khabibulin of Evropolimer, who represents Polystar in the area. In addition to having a warehouse for Polystar spare parts, we travel through Russia periodically with our technician to check on the machines."

"Every year we are selling around 10 recycling lines to Russia plus twenty blown film machines. This requires a good service team to follow through," said Aria Chen, Polystar's sales manager who handles the Russian market.

Open Discussion at K Show
All the way through the exhibition, customers were able to share and exchange information with one another. One was able to find and talk to users of Polystar's recycling machines to obtain more references and have their questions answered. For example, a producer of EPS foam in Norway was able to share his experience on recycling EPS with another maker from Saudi Arabia. Most of these returning Polystar users, among them there are industrial leaders from different parts of the world, came back to purchase their second and third recycling lines. As the previously acquired Polystar machines have helped their business grow, they were willing to tell their stories to the new Polystar buyers. Some knowledge of recycling and know-how was also exchanged between Polystar users on processing different types of waste material.
