Overload Protector

FUNCTION Overload Protector is equipped in Press machine to check hydraulic pressure of cylinder inside the slider. If happen overload, the hydraulic pressure of cylinder will be released immediately within 3/1000 seconds. When happen overload, in order to protect the press and die, the press will stop working immediately after receiving the signal from limit switch. After happen overload, the air will drive hydraulic pump to supply normal working pressure immediately and the press can work normal. It has pressure control valve inside of overload protector, which can adjust hydraulic pressure automatically and eliminate the impact of rising pressure (which cause by oil temperature rise) in pressing process. May select different types of components and control units base on the different types and specifications of press machines.

Unsaturated polyester resin is a condensation polymer formed by the reaction of polyols and saturated/unsaturated dibasic acids at 190-220℃ until the expected acid value or viscosity is met. After reaction procedure, addition of certain amount of styrene monomer to formed a unsaturated polyester resin. It possesses good mechanical and electric properties, corrosion resistance. Curing can occur at room temperaturewithout any heating equipment, and makes it easier to manufacture large objects.

(1) Both Co Rotating & Counter Rotating types of TB series Twin Screw Gear Reducer are composed by Input & Output elements. Especially for output side which installed by Thrust Bearing plus with flange which could suffer high pressure to absorb the axial pressure caused by the extruders. (2) Following AGMA criterion to design gear elements which adopts low-carbon alloy steel bar materials(Normally, it is SCM420 or same level). The precision reaches AGMA 10 level after carburization heat treatment then treating gear surface grinding to make sure low noise, low abrasion and high efficiency during operation. (3) #294 Series Thrust bearing with axial self-aligning roller type & muti-row stacked tandem bearing package to have advantage of low friction heavy axial load capacity.
