The KMTL-55 is a two-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE high-speed plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine, producing two-layer PE film at widths up to 1,400 mm for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap. The KMTL-40 runs twin Ø40mm screws with a 20 HP AC driving motor and 6-zone auto thermo control, producing film at 15-70 kgs/hr; the KMTL-45 runs twin Ø45mm screws with the same 20 HP AC driving motor and 2-zone auto thermo control, producing film at 20-90 kgs/hr.
