The main function of Vertical Oscillating Haul Off System is to distribute the uneven variations uniformly in order to make the film averagely. Different with the horizontal one, the nip rollers stand straight with 90-degree and typically defend for the use which lay flat of film rolls is bigger than 3 meters. However, the characteristic of it is the film will not be influenced by the gravity and still keeps the good quality. Just like the horizontal one, it uses the slew bearing in the bottom part to hold the system. The slew bearing is a very durable and tough device that is easy to maintain and do not need to fix often. Furthermore, to meet the requirements of customers, the optional with electric control is available.

When the film first comes from the Die Head, it is molten type. By blowing air through pipe into the molten film, it turns to bubble tube. Supporting by Stabilizer / Blown Film Bubble Cage, the bubble tube be stretched up with a stable shape. Regarding the difference of materials, the Collapsing Frame offer wood and aluminum type for customers to choose. Reaching the top position where Take-Up Unit is, then pass through the nip rollers which composed of a robber roller and a steel roller. The interaction between these two rollers squeezes all the air out from the bubble tube and make it extremely flat without any wrinkles on it. Besides, the inverter and motor drive to offer a stable line speed (take-up speed) for the continuous pulling of bubble tube. For customers who need the film with gusset on both sides, it is available to equip with gusset device as well.
