The GSR-100 is the 100 mm size in JANDI'S GSR water cooling type plastic film recycling series for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. scrap. A spiral feeder delivers film into the 100 mm extruder, which is driven by a 60 HP motor; the melt passes a screen changer driven by an A.C. motor with reducer and leaves through a spaghetti type die head into a stainless steel water tank, where the strands are cooled before being blown dry and pelletized by a rotary cutter with fixed blade. Maximum capacity is 190KG/ HR.The GSR-100 sits between the GSR-85 and GSR-120 in a series of six sizes, from the GSR-45 with a 45 mm extruder and 15 HP motor to the GSR-150 with a 150 mm extruder and 100 HP motor. Control is from an independent switch board.
