Rewinding Type
  • Center rewinding with multi shaftless rewind stands.
Unwinding Section
  • Unwind-stand with shaftless hydraulic loading clamps.

  • Equipped with pneumatic brake as well as electro/pneumatic converter for wide range tension control.
Slitting Section

REWINDING TYPE
  • Center rewinding with multi shaftless rewind stands.

UNWINDING TENSION CONTROL
  • Equipped with automatic tension controller and load-cells. The actual tension is digitally displayed, increasing the tension control precision with minimal operation effort.
  • Equipped with Auto alarm/Stop device, which will auto alarm / stop before the web running out. Operator can prepare to change and splice the web on time.
  • Equipped with film-broken inspection system, which can automatically stop the machine when film broken. Largely reduce the waste when film broken in high speed.
SLITTING SECTION
  • Equipped with razor cutter and circular shear cutter as well as grooved roller (for razor cutter). Shear knife cutting or razor blade cutting in the air or groove is available according to material characteristics.
  • Equipped with banana roller for film expanding.
  • Static eliminating device equipped.
  • Automatic counter with two-step deceleration function not only can stop the machine when reaching the pre-set length, but also can maintain stable tension before machine comes to complete stop.
REWINDING SECTION
  • Equipped with shaftless rewinding stands (with 3" & 6" chuck), heavy finishing rolls can be directly unload to the trolley. Easy for one-man operation.
REWINDING TENSION CONTROL
  • Equipped with an individual servo motor with driver and automatic tension control system on each rewinding stand, which can ensure the rewinding tension could be controlled separately and stable when machine running in high speed.
  • Individual lay-on roller with pressure control for each rewinding stands, provides steadier rewinding tension between inner layer and outer layer of each rewinding rolls.
  • Equipped with automatic constant pressure control system and sensor, keeping a constant and steady pressure.
  • Equipped with hydraulic pump and cylinder, ensure machine running smoothly.
TRIMMED WASTE
  • Equipped with blower and expulsion tube.
COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM WITH TOUCH-SCREEN
  • Men-Machine-Interface (MMI) with touch-screen control system makes operation easier and faster.
  • Data base for saving 100 sets of working parameters
