Cantilevered type mechanical rewinding shafts for easy operation.
Equipped with ball type friction rings, which not only can facilitate the concentricity of the paper cores and finish rolls, but also can make unloading easier without causing paper dust.
Equipped with automatic tension controlling system and load-cells. The actual tension is digitally displayed, increasing the tension control precision with minimal operation effort.
Static eliminated brush equipped.

REWINDING TYPE

UNWINDING SECTION

Lift-up type mechanical shaft with φ3" adapters for heavier web loading.
Equipped with edge position control (EPC) to provide accurate slitting position.

UNWINDING TENSION CONTROL

Equipped with automatic tension controller (diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension and easy operation.

SLITTING SECTION

Shear knife cutting or razor blade cutting in the air or groove is available according to material characteristics.
Static eliminating device equipped.
Equipped with automatic counter which will stop the machine when reaching pre-set length.

REWINDING SECTION

Equipped with rewind AC induction servomotors to provide constant tension. Rewind tension gain is also adjustable.
Lift-up type mechanical shaft for heavier roll unloading.

REWINDING TENSION CONTROL

Automatic tension control system.
Equipped with pneumatic/hydraulic pressure control system. Pressure is adjustable according to finish-rolls' condition.
