(Tehran/Heidelberg) The 30th Anniversary Edition of Iran agrofood will be held at the Tehran International Permanent Fairgrounds from 16 to 19 June 2023.  More than 600 exhibitors from 15 countries and well over 40,000 trade visitors are expected to attend the event. Exhibitors will showcase products, adapted technologies and solutions for Iran and neighboring markets in the fields of agriculture, animal & plant production, food + beverage processing & packaging, ingredients, and food & hospitality. 

(Heidelberg/Addis Ababa) Due to encouraging market development and increasing interest in the Ethiopian market, the 5th edition of agrofood Ethiopia & plastprintpack Ethiopia will feature more than 130 exhibitors from 16 countries, namely Austria, Bulgaria, China, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Taiwan, Thailand and Türkiye. More than 3,000 trade visitors are expected from all over Ethiopia.

The 16th Edition of ArabPlast is scheduled from 13 to 15 December 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates!  The Premier International Trade Show in the Middle East is dedicated to the Plastics, Petrochemicals, Packaging and Rubber Industry and will be attended by the bigwigs and who’s who of the industry.  

3P Pakistan will be back as the main event for the packaging, plastics, printing, and processing industries to display their wares and network with other professionals in the field.

As March 2023 approaches, low growth is expected for the year. This is not only reflected in the stock market, but also in Taiwan's plastic and rubber manufacturing industry. At the beginning of the year, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicted that the economic growth rate of various countries in 2023 would be below 1% in Europe and the United States, with China expected to reach 4.4%. The most impressive growth rates are coming from the five ASEAN countries, with Vietnam and India leading the pack above 6%. Many economists predict that Vietnam and India will become new engines driving global economic growth in the future.

After a 3-year hiatus, IPF Bangladesh 2023 - The 15th Bangladesh Int'l Plastics, Printing and Packaging Industry Fair physically returned at ICCB – International Convention City Bashundhara from 22 to 25 February 2023. Prominent industrialists of the country, businessmen, leaders of various chambers and associations including FBCCI, and national dignitaries including the industry minister of Bangladesh attended the show.
