Corona treater is a surface modification technique for adhesion improving treatment and increase dyne level. It uses a low temperature corona discharge plasma to impart changes in the properties of a surface. Materials such as plastics, cloth, or paper may be passed through the corona plasma curtain in order to change the surface energy of the material. All materials have an inherent surface energy. Surface treatment systems are available for virtually any surface format including dimensional objects, sheets and roll goods that are handled in a web format. P.P. Film Inflation Machine (GF-P65)

The GF-P65 is a P.P. (polypropylene) tubular film inflation machine, a blown film line adapted for polypropylene, which needs a sizing and cooling arrangement different from polyethylene film. It is one of four sizes in the GF-P series, from the GF-P45 to the GF-P75, and is specified for a maximum film width of 800 mm with a 65 mm extruder driven by a 30 HP motor with inverter, a 350 mm die with a single lip air ring, a 2 HP inverter-controlled blower, 5 PCES of sizing ring and a hot air type drying system. Maximum capacity is 80 kg/hr. Control is from an independent switch board and the roller width is 900 mm. Options include an auto loader, hopper dryer, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, static eliminator, 4-spindle winder, air shaft and water chiller, so the machine can be built up for printed or multi-roll production of PP tubular film. The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower. Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The take-up tower is a fixed type with a 700 mm roller width, and winding is on a single-station manual surface winder controlled from an independent switch board.
