The MGB-RPW-65 is a pelletizing and recycling system built to reprocess PP, HDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into reusable resin pellets, letting bag manufacturing and stationery production lines recover scrap material in house and reduce the need to send it off-site for disposal. The extruder feeds melt to the round die's precision boreholes, where high-speed rotary knives cut the melt as it exits and centrifugal force pushes the pellets into a rotating water ring for cooling and transport to a separator.The round die is made from nitride steel and hardened to extend production life, while the rotary knives use tungsten carbide material for durability and quick changeover without adjustment. The design of plant include shredding, solvent drying, air separation and density separation for the purpose of retrieving valuable material like blackmass, copper and aluminum material. Shredding without energy-releasing to increase working efficiency. Block valves are mounted on the discharge of the shredder to stop the backflow of the gas. Solvent materials are dried and collected by heating process, plastic material and battery separator can be collected according to requirement. Vibration separation and air separation are applied to remove heavy impurity material of the battery casing and release black mass for recovery. Application for greenhouse sheet, agricultural films, construction sheets, food packaging, sacks, shrink films, shrink hood films, and more. Max. film width of up to 4.2 m (8.4 m for single-layer-opened films) It supports a wide range of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, MPE, PP, and others. The machine is equipped with three sets of gearboxes and motors for independent control. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device. The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs.
