Engineering the Future of Sustainable Straw Manufacturing

Founded in 1985, our company has built decades of experience in the design and manufacture of straw production and packaging machinery. As the global single-use packaging industry embraces a new era of sustainability, the demand for biodegradable alternatives has never been greater. From advanced biopolymers such as PLA, PHA, and PHBH, and CA/Cellulose Acetate/Aventa Renew to natural fiber-based materials including sugarcane fiber, tea fiber, coffee fiber, agave fiber, bamboo fiber, innovative materials are reshaping the future of everyday products. However, transforming these sustainable materials into durable, food-safe, and commercially viable drinking straws requires more than innovative materials. It requires engineering expertise, manufacturing precision, and years of technological innovation.
For years, our machinery has supported manufacturers producing sustainable packaging solutions for some of the world's most recognized beverage brands. While consumers may recognize the brands behind the products they use every day, few realize the advanced manufacturing technology behind each straw. Many of these products are made possible through the reliability and precision of our production systems.
In the United States, some of our customers manufacture drinking straws supplied to Starbucks, using our integrated production system, consisting of a straw making machine, an individual packing machine connected in-line with a group packing machine. Across the Pacific, Starbucks Japan's PHBH biodegradable straws are also produced using our machinery, using the same production system. These setups demonstrate our ability to process some of the industry’s most advanced biodegradable materials with exceptional consistency and quality.
Our expertise extends beyond beverage chains. Throughout India, many PLA U-shaped straws used in Tetra Pak and SIG Combibloc packaging applications are manufactured using our production lines. Every day, millions of consumers interact with products created through our technology, often without realizing the engineering excellence behind them.
Innovation does not stop at straw production. Today's manufacturers demand intelligent, highly automated factories capable of maximizing productivity while reducing labor requirements and operating costs. Our production lines are engineered as flexible, fully integrated manufacturing solutions that can be customized according to each customer's material, product specifications, and production needs. From extrusion and precision cutting to individual packaging using either 3-side or 4-side sealing, followed by automatic group packing, every stage can be seamlessly integrated into a complete automated production system.
Beyond machinery and production technology, we are also committed to providing excellent customer service. Our experienced service team provides professional technical support throughout installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service, helping customers maintain stable and efficient production.
This ability to combine engineering flexibility with proven manufacturing reliability and dedicated customer service has made our technology a trusted choice for customers worldwide. Whether processing conventional polymers or the latest generation of biodegradable materials, we help manufacturers transform sustainable concepts into reliable, high-capacity commercial production.
As sustainability continues to redefine the future of packaging, and with more than four decades of experience since our founding in 1985, we remain committed to developing technologies that bridge innovation and practicality, empowering manufacturers around the world to create more sustainable products while achieving efficient, scalable production.
