The CW-800PFM-SV and CW-1000PFM-SV machine is a side sealing machine which can produce 4 different models of bags, apart from normal side sealed bags. The 4 different bags are loop handle bags, d punched handle bags either with or without inside lips with top sealing, patch handle bags and polydraw bags.

The machine is standard equipped with the following:
• EPC on unwinding station
• Automatic tension controller with powder brake
• Automatically stopped when film ends
• Inside and outside lips device system
• Bottom gusset
• Top sealing for inside lips
• Loop handle device
• Unwinding station for loop handle film can use either monolayer or 2 layers films rolls
• Patch handle device
• Polydraw device
• Reinforced sealing at top and bottom of bags on two sides
• Sealing knife is lift up type for easy cleaning of sealing knife and teflon cloth of silicon rubber roller
• Bags collection can be with fixed or moving conveyor
• Quantity of bags for collection can be preset
• Japanese servo motor control
• Main inverter is Japanese made
• Stop brake to hold machine in upward position upon stop to avoid accidents.
