TungYu: Stable Synchronization and Accurate Injection

Injection molding machine is easy to control the time and man-power in production with an automation system.
This time, our latest solution has stable output and synchronization by four injection cylinders design with double open side movement. The vertical structure designed with screw, piston and barrel in line could have straight compound flow with less pressure loss. Moreover, with the multi-stage pressure control system and accurate compound calculation could apply to variant injection molding. For better temperature control, the thermal oil regulator for extruder and barrel independently could maintain rubber stability.

First In First out (FIFO) injection unit design with latest compound injection could have stable product quality and have less remnant in feeding tube which could save compound in purge.
