The KMH-35 is a high-speed HDPE blown film extrusion line within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, where HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-35 produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 400 mm width, with output between 10-28 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 35 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. The KMH-45/55 is an HDPE blown film extrusion line offered in two model variants for plastic shopping bag production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film before take-up and winding. The KMH-45 produces film up to 650 mm width and the KMH-55 up to 900 mm width, both in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness.The KMH-45 runs a Ø 45mm screw and the KMH-55 a Ø 55mm screw, both at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower.Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The take-up tower is a fixed type with a 700 mm roller width, and winding is on a single-station manual surface winder controlled from an independent switch board. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device.
