Temperature Controller and Timing Controller

Temperature controller, being used in hot runner system, is a device which keeps maintaining the required temperature value for the hot runner system. It consists of temperature control card,circuit breaker, cabinet, fan, terminal blocks and cables. The temperature control card in the cabinet controls the temperature of the hot runner product and the temperature accuracy of system. Self-protection and fault tolerance depends on the function of the temperature control card. At present, temperature controller is necesscry in the application of hot runner molds.

Lay flat film width runs from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 950 mm on the MGPP-75, with output from 10 - 35 kg/hr on the smallest model up to 20 - 100 kg/hr on the largest. The MGB-RP-120 is Ming Jilee's air cooling type recycling and pelleting machine, reprocessing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into resin pellets. Multihead Weigher Working Principle The multihead weigher or computer combination weigher usually uses different weigh heads to measure the precise weight of the products. After the product is fed into the top of the multihead combination weigher, the internal distribution system of the weigher starts working. This system distributes the product. With the help of linear feed plates, different linear feeders will deliver some product into the feed hopper. For example, if you are using a 14-head multihead weigher machine, there will normally be 14 linear feeders that will deliver products to 14 feed hoppers. After the products are delivered to the hopper, the load cell begins to calculate the weight of the product in the weigh hopper, and the processor in the multihead weigher then calculates the best combination of available weights needed to achieve the desired target weight.
