Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line melts PP granules and extrudes them through an annular die into a tube of molten film, which is inflated to set the lay flat width before being wound into roll form for downstream converting. The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm.

Lay flat film width runs from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 950 mm on the MGPP-75, with output from 10 - 35 kg/hr on the smallest model up to 20 - 100 kg/hr on the largest. Machine dimension scales with model, from 4 (L) × 1.6 (W) × 3.4 (H) m on the MGPP-45 to 7.52 (L) × 2.2 (W) × 5.2 (H) m on the MGPP-75.
