The MGA-41C-600 produces quotation folders, presentation folders, and flat files built up from multiple stacked rolls of PP film. The metal fastener and plastic compressor parts are formed with a die punching mold, and the fastener is attached by pneumatic pressure.

Manufacturing runs fully automatically through material feeding, fastener inserting, plastic compressor inserting, ultrasonic welding, and cutting. Each unwinding device carries an edge position controller to keep the feed material aligned, and precision, durable punching molds paired with a servo motor and digital computing unit for length control keep the punching position accurate and reduce breakdowns.
