The MGA-40A-400 is a fully automatic clear folder (L shape folder) machine that processes PP film in roll form into finished L shape folders. An automatic servo motor with computer digital length control gives consistent product specification, a strong, firm seal, and a clean external finish.

From the raw material roll, the machine completes edge lining, edge modification, opposite folding, gold stamping, punching, printing, ultrasonic sealing, cutting, and auto counting in one automatic sequence, without manual handling. Precise, durable punching molds combined with high-technology electronic control keep the punching position accurate and reduce breakdown rate, and the control and monitor system automatically stops the machine with an alarm if a problem occurs during operation.
