The optimization of the PSM72 series resulted in more durable, efficient and robust designs. The PSM72 series use AC inverter motors to deliver stable torque at a constant speed and to be maintenance free. 
Their gearboxes have independent lubrication pumps with oil temperature and pressure sensors. As a result, the gearbox gears and shifts are well lubricated, smooth, easy maintenance, noise free, and extending usage life.

The PSM72 series filling tanks use a “Lego-like” modular design to facilitate quick swaps and easy maintenance. The extra large internal cooling channel & high power cast aluminum or cast copper heating elements have been production proven to provide excellent thermal transfer, precise temperature control, and energy efficiency.

The PSM72 series is equipped with industrial grade PLC controllers and high level user-friendly color touch screen panels for manual or automatic operations. Furthermore, the system is capable of remote control and includes Ethernet network and communication functions via the Internet to allow for central remote control or communicating with other peripheral devices.
