Fung Chang E-news – Start Up A New Factory for Agricultural Netting in Algeria

The customer is one of biggest distributors of potato and agriculture product in Algeria. The Raschel bags for packing is a big demand from the market. Customer decided to work with Fung Chang to build up their own packing bags solution. Later on, customer also consider the agriculture netting for all aspects of inquiry in the market. They do not have any experience for manufacturing product and running the factory.   Everything started from 0 and completed at the end of 2022.

1.    Total solution from 0:Fung Chang give consultancy for the build and the lay-out for the factory. It helps customer to start at right direction for the building to avoid the cost and time of modifying the structure of building. 

Fung Chang not only offer the solution for plastic extrusion line, but also work with USI Corporation from Taiwan to offer the raw material solution for customer. It helps customer start the extrusion line without headache of searching the suitable material at beginning. 

2.    Installation and training at customer's factory. 

Fung Chang always send the best team to help customers setting up the machine and give the necessary training.

3.    Production trail, which includes Raschel bag, Shade net, hail net, tubular net…etc. 

4.    Although installation of machines was done, Fung Chang is still offering the consultancy to customer for production, maintenance and new idea for the market.
