PRM Insight Report- China Marktet

Here in this interview we proudly introduce you director Hu of Multiplas. The chairman had quite an insight towards the current domestic market. We can see he is specially focused on investments and cost, and has a different point of view during discussing the movement of Taiwanese trying to exploit the Chinese market.

While founding a business in a new area, especially an unknown area, higher cost on the undeveloped supply chain will occur. Regarding the businesses that had already occupied the China market, they are facing constant shifting of the economic map. This would lead out the situation of Taiwanese manufacturers chasing after their component providers; because local providers are more familiar with the changing market, and would easily follow the tides where most are demanded.

Maybe it was said to be reasonable to exploit markets under developments, and try to gain at least a small share of the demand. But this doesn’t fit for long term approaches, such as now Taiwanese are competing with the Chinese market, and their price is standing in between the Chinese businesses and the Japanese businesses. We are outstanding when it comes to price, and along with providing easy payment service. But when one’s company doesn’t have the potential in the price, he has to undergo the effort of investing in quality and specificity or uniqueness of the product. And we can be sure that will be a large expense in the cost, making one’s profit gain lower than expected.

In the layouts of the plans towards the future, the chairman is even thinking to skip the trend that is happening now, when everyone is establishing businesses in the mainland. He is focused on the scheme of expanding the business in his very own familiar market, Taiwan. And he is ready to make the place as an exporting foundation to confront the outgrowth of globalization.

For the final words of the chairman will be, to encourage us invest wisely on well known territories. And focus on exporting rather than exploiting.
