An Innovative Evolution of Plastic Film Recycling Industry.

After plastic recycled film materials were washed, the moisture usually retains over 30%. Therefore, GENIUS superior design team specially developed the DW series plastic squeeze dryer to meet customers' needs. 

The films produced by our plastic squeezer retain less moisture by 1% to 2%. With the utilization of plastic squeeze dryer, the quality of final pellets improves significantly.

Furthermore, GENIUS team showcased an ameliorated model – DW PRO series plastic squeeze dryer in 2019 K fair
Compare with DW series, this model equipped with a force feeding device to stable the feeding efficiency, with stabilized feeding quantity, it has increased production capacity up to 35%↑.
