  • Bag length & speed can be changed easily from touch screen.
  • German made photocell-SICK for accurate printing mark.
  • Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.
  • Servo-controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality.
  • Flying knife can be replaced easily.
  • Hydraulic lift up reel unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.
  • Automatic tension control with inverter system.
  • Auto 3 folding device. (all controlled by servo motors)
  • Quantity of each stack can be set from touch screen.
  • Machine stops automatically when:
 
1. Bags jammed.
2. Film finished or broken.
