Single Screw Feeder-PSA

The PSA series single-screw feeder was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. Its design is based on Sino-Alloy’s years of experience. The PSA single-screw feeder has a large feeding screw chamber for a smooth flow of the feeding material. Options include standard double-flight, single-flight, T-type, and spring type screws, which can be swapped easily and quickly to match the feeding material. The advantages of the intermeshed type of screw pairs are powerful displacement right-angle conveying, self-cleaning of the screws, high feed volume, and stable feeding. Sino-Alloy can also tailor the design of the feeder to match extruders from other manufacturers. Customers can also specify options such as premix, vibrate, preheat or cooling to suit production demands.

Master-batch Feeder (MF)

The masterbatch mixes with your virgin resin at the machine hopper automatically. You don't need to pre-color nor pre-mix your resin anymore. It saves the manpower, resin, stock costs, and keeps working environment clean. The unit mixes and doses masterbatch, additives, free flowing powders, regrinded and virgin resin to ensure consistent and accurate mixing which results in better quality of product and less rejects. With the special process, the internal part of the unit has no dead corners and makes the dosing process more accurate. Both dosing-cylinder and dosing-screw can be easily changed. The motor feedback control is operated by the tacho-generator which will not be influenced by power fluctuations. It gives the utmost accurate dosing. If some reasons changed R.P.M. of the extruder after setting, the unit will automatically to be changed by the percentage of new R.P.M. By just entering the weight of the materials, screw back time, dosing capacity per turn and additional rate of the masterbatch, the CPU will calculate proper R.P.M. rate automatically. The control panel is user friendly & much more accurate. Besides, it also has the function to store up to 10 sets of R.P.M. setting. To work with the injection molding machines, the unit is also equipped with a timer to control the dosing time.

SGD gravimetric doser is suitable for continues precision dosing of masterbatch to the plastic process machine. The unit has a selection of four dosing screw sizes for different throughput needs. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is made up of a storage tank, proprietary precision plunger pump, and one-way valve type fluid injector. It can generate pressures as high as 50 kg/cm. This feeder can be connected to any feeding port of the extruder. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is also capable of injecting high pressure gases or super-fluid liquids. Multihead Weigher Working Principle The multihead weigher or computer combination weigher usually uses different weigh heads to measure the precise weight of the products. After the product is fed into the top of the multihead combination weigher, the internal distribution system of the weigher starts working. This system distributes the product. With the help of linear feed plates, different linear feeders will deliver some product into the feed hopper. For example, if you are using a 14-head multihead weigher machine, there will normally be 14 linear feeders that will deliver products to 14 feed hoppers. After the products are delivered to the hopper, the load cell begins to calculate the weight of the product in the weigh hopper, and the processor in the multihead weigher then calculates the best combination of available weights needed to achieve the desired target weight.
