WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine. The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production. This machine also combined heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer+heat seal) coating in one pass. The coating unit has alternative function with direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems. Coating trolley along with self-pump system and able for quick job change. CPV Cylinder Pinch Valve

Product Serial: CPV Cylinder pinch valve are used in biopharmaceutical processing, food and beverage, and industrial applications requiring aseptic process. These compact valves provide reliability and high performance, especially when working with harder or larger outer diameter tubing and require stronger clamping forces. Designed for disposable tubing, each model includes a convenient installation slot for quick loading and unloading. It can be set to normally open or normally closed with an external solenoid valve. Cylinder pinch valve is also known as pneumatic pinch valve, as it requires external pneumatic supply to support its function. It is commonly used to open or close a fluid path through pinching and squeezing the plastic flexible tube. There is also an option with proportionally controlling the distance in which the tube is squeezed which indirectly controls the flow rate. The advantage of using a pinch valve is that it has no contact with the fluid, making it an ideal option for biotechnology processing, food industry, dosing system, blood process/analytical, CIP and SIP process, and biopharmaceutical equipment. Pneumatic pinch valve relies on the amount of external pneumatic pressure supplied to pinch the tube, and thus it provides a higher pinch force, making it suitable for tube with larger durometer or large outer diameter.

Product Serial: APV APV Series Miniature Pinch Valve is a solenoid operated device that is designed to open and close tubes for controlling flow of liquids and gases. Other valve types have internal passages that may cause small amounts of fluid to remain in the valve. Pinch valves have no areas or dead volume where fluid can become trapped. Only the inside of the tubing contacts the fluid. Energizing the solenoid retracts or attracts the plunger, which opens or closes the tube. De-energizing the solenoid will allow the plunger to return to its original state. Common industries that use pinch valves for the benefits of isolating fluid from a mechanical valve include: drug dispensing, laboratory equipment, waste water, medical devices, chemical, food and beverage equipment, ceramic/glass/plastic, and bulk and solids handling.
