Backflush System for Three-in-one Recycling Line with Double Filters

YJ-PFR 100 Series Featured Function

Backflush system can be operated by automatic or manual. This device can drain contaminants off while the screen changer is reaching pressure value of setting. Extruder with back flush screen changer system can decrease the frequency of changing filters, and when changing filters the machine doesn’t need to stop which can improve the productivity.

Machine Features

● Combine three functions in one, such as shredding, extruding and pelletizing and feature high efficiency and
   high throughput.
● Applicable plastic materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, ABS and PS, etc.
● Depending on material property, the extruder may be provided with venting hole or without venting hole.
● Double-plate hydraulic screen changer permits convenient screen change without stopping the machine, thereby greatly
   upgrading efficiency.
● The hole sizes and hole numbers in the temperature control zone can be specified to meet material and pellet cutting
   methods.
● The die is a circular arrangement type. Under water cutting is suitable for PP material, and water ring cutting for
   PE material.
● Water cooling system.
