 Interview with Chinaplas Organizer-The Adsale Group

Although Chinaplas has become a very successful exhibition in world plastic and rubber industry, ADSALE still pay a lot of efforts on every promotion around the world. At Taipeiplas this year, as always they sent their representative team to attend, and PRM-Taiwan is so glad to invite the assistant GM of ADSALE-Ada, to be our guest of Taipeiplas interview series. Interview with Taiwan Manufacturer- Jenn Chong Plastics Machinery Works Co., Ltd.
 
“Subverting Tradition” is always the theme of Jenn Chong’s R&D, design and innovation. This year, the JC-3CX blown film machine at Jenn Chong’s booth is probably the most noticeable one on the 4F of the fair. In addition to its good design,  
there are many innovations and inventions in the machine, and it also features its safety operation device and film edge trim recycling function. The General Manager -Tony Wong, tells us a lot about their ideas and concepts of machine innovation, and let us know more of their advantages in the market. 




 		  

 

Interview with Taiwan Manufacturer- Chuan Lih Fa Machinery Works Co., Ltd.
 
Innovation is always the tradition of CLF. In Taipeiplas2012 they just release two innovative models there. The two remarkable breakthrough are: Highly Precision Full Electric Injection Molding Machine-CLF-350AE-PET, which is for producing medical grade blood collection tube. CLF arranged a special clean room near this machine that attracted many attentions during the fair. Another one is a pioneering model of stalk mold IMM, it can achieve double productivity than normal IMM. This is not only the honor of CLF but all Taiwan plastic and rubber industry. 

 




 

 

 

Interview with Taiwan Manufacturer-Tan Star Material Co., Ltd. 

Screw and barrel is the most important parts in plastic and rubber machine accessories. As plastic technology and composite materials are evolving day by day, the evolution of screw and barrel become the key point of machine innovation. Tan Star improves themselves together with Taiwan plastic and rubber industry, and keep devoting to new material invention and technology breakthrough. In Taipeiplas2012, Tan Star exhibited their new invention of “solution for halogen free material”, this invention can not only reinforce the hardness to more thanHRC65, but also anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion, definitely the best solution for halogen free materials.
