Intro to 2012 NPE

This year’s super show was taken place in Florida at the magnificent looking Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) the first time. This change made the Chicagos self-criticism; while they were discussing about this change of location, they simply learn the fact of unable to keep NPE show in the Chicago city. This had a huge impact during this year’s show; mostly everyone had spoken their objective opinions, comparing the previous shows with this one. Unexpectedly, this year’s NPE show was the most splendid ever! Let’s quickly jump in to watch the show!

 

 






 
 

Cosmo Machinery; Interview with Marketing Manager Yarzar

Cosmo Machinery manufacturer from Taiwan. They are professioned in bag making machines. This period of joining the NPE show was believed to be a good promotion for their business due to the Latin Americans trafficking their booth spot. They are expecting to have demands in the US and south America market in the following seasons of 2012. In this annual event, they brought two bag making machines directly working in the show. One is model SCR-40 which is a typical “Bag on Roll” machine, specialized for producing supermarket bags. And the other ST99, it was known for its ability for fast T-shirt bag production. Manager Yarzar is confident in Taiwan machines of their high quality and low cost, and anxiously sincere in providing services for the American market.

 

 





 
 

Sino-Alloy Machinery; Interview with International Representative Donald A. Stephens

In 1991, they established in Taoyuan Taiwan with their sister company Polyalloy. They provide corolating Twin-Screw Extruders, compounding masterbatch, reinforcements for their consumers and their sister company, Polyalloy is even using 9 kinds of their compounding machines to engineer plastics. They were relieved to see NPE show taking place in OCCC Florida, “it was a huge improve” said Donald. He also pinpointed out the basic strategies to invest into US markets. First it has to be honesty, the second quality; thus being honest to your consumers, and don’t care too much on price. Quality backs up price!

 

 


 
 

Jenn Chong Plastics Machinery Works; Interview with Sales Manager James Huang

The company was in the plastic business for more than 30 years for now (established in year 1981). It is professioned in basic blown film machines, verifying from mono to multilayer. They also produce machines that are capable for producing mono or multifilament, tape, band, twine extrusion lines. They even brought a enormous 55mm single layer extruder to their booth, it was said to have an output capacity of 120kg/hr.

 

 






 
 

Shini Plastic Technologies; Interview with Overseas Business & Marketing Director Alan Chen

Shini is a manufacturer of plastic auxiliary equipment for the past 42 years. They’ve started from making heating tubes in Taipei, and then soon developed through making rollers, water chillers, granulators, and other accessories. They have strict and passionate attitude towards business, and even the attendance of this year’s NPE was unable to fit their standards. But the director still complimented about the accommodation and parking conveniences. This year they are recommending a tremendous amount of their products in the show. Such as the High Speed 3 Axis Servo Robot, Gravimetric Dosers, Air-cool Water Chiller, and the All-in-one Honey Comb Drier, all operating live in show.

 

 




 
 

Shini USA, Division of Budzar Industries; Interview with President/General Manager Dave Young

The US division had already been working with Shini Plastic Technologies for 10 years. And this would be their 3rd time coexhibiting with Taiwan Shini. They are putting a full range of products into the show; plastic auxiliary equipment from blown molding dryers, hopperloaders, mold temperature controllers, grinder and shredder, chilling equipments. They were expecting higher sale gains in the latter seasons of 2012; which they had found their sales had doubled in the past 6 months, the manager believes strongly they could make another double in the following period before 2013.
