New function for compact duplex slitter model:

HSC-T with the integrated trim-rewinder machine and finished rolls pick-up table for saving the working space and shorten the machine downtime. With feedback from the customer side, to let have slitter operator easy unload the finished rolls, we coming up a new pick-up table for reducing the weight of finished rolls, and the operator can easily to push out the rolls from the differential shaft. This year in PLASTICS& RUBBER INDONESIA 2018, we will demo this new slitter model: HSC-T on the show. Webcontrol consistently aim is to build high-performance, sophisticated Converting Machinery with inexpensive price as well as providing fast service ensure our worldwide customers must be satisfied.

Our production line:

Turret Laminator – Solvent-based / Solventless, we are a pioneer in R & D and manufacture, whose features of designation  including minimizing waste and quick changeover. 
Our solvent-based laminator is designed for every substrate including thin Alu. Foil. There are two standards for speedofmachine, 200m/min & 250m/min, depending on customers’ requests. Solvent retention is an important issue to be concerned.

Slitter and Rewinder for Primary / Secondary application, which is capable ofpreciseslitting of various types and qualities of flexible packaging substrates. Inspection Rewinder connecting with Camera inspection system for 100% printing quality control.

Full line for shrink sleeve converting - Seaming, Inspection, Cutting machine... etc, which makesWebcontrol a world leader with more than 1000 units installation so far.
