The JIT-45D is the 2-Color T-shirt Bag Making Line in JANDI'S JIT series. Rather than a stand-alone bag machine, a JIT line links blown film extrusion, printing and bag making into one in-line process, so that resin enters at one end and finished, printed T-shirt bags leave at the other without intermediate film rolls being stored and re-handled. The line is specified for biodegradable material as well as HDPE resin with filler.The in-line flexographic printer runs water-based and solvent-based inks, a bobbin change unit allows non-stop operation, and a waste recovery unit returns the die-cut scrap to the line.
