APV Electronic Pinch Valve

Product Serial: APV APV Series Miniature Pinch Valve is a solenoid operated device that is designed to open and close tubes for controlling flow of liquids and gases. Other valve types have internal passages that may cause small amounts of fluid to remain in the valve. Pinch valves have no areas or dead volume where fluid can become trapped. Only the inside of the tubing contacts the fluid. Energizing the solenoid retracts or attracts the plunger, which opens or closes the tube. De-energizing the solenoid will allow the plunger to return to its original state. Common industries that use pinch valves for the benefits of isolating fluid from a mechanical valve include: drug dispensing, laboratory equipment, waste water, medical devices, chemical, food and beverage equipment, ceramic/glass/plastic, and bulk and solids handling.

The PSY anti-overflow vacuum was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. Developed to prevent extruded material overflow from the vacuum vent during degassing and subsequent vacuum failure. The PSY anti-overflow vacuum is driven by a pair of vertical intermeshed screws to move overflow material back to the material barrel while degassing with the vacuum. Can also be installed on side feeders to prevent overflow.

The PSX high-pressure liquid injector was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is made up of a storage tank, proprietary precision plunger pump, and one-way valve type fluid injector. It can generate pressures as high as 50 kg/cm. This feeder can be connected to any feeding port of the extruder. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is also capable of injecting high pressure gases or super-fluid liquids. Not only is it suitable for the injection of liquid and gaseous additives in rubber or plastics materials, but also for may plastic and rubber reactive processes or the injection of liquid ingredients in food and pharmaceutical. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector can also be supplied with heating and insulation devices, loss-in-weight metering devices, or flow controllers for precise measurements of the input quantity.

Product Serial: KaoLu's QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator is a type of inline vacuum regulator (Operating schematic diagram below). One port is connected to a vacuum source, and the other port is connected to a chamber. The precision vacuum regulator works electronically to regulate the highest level of uniform vacuum pressure despite various input conditions. The vacuum level is directly linearly proportional to the electronic command signal to the vacuum pressure controller. When 0-10V corresponds to 0 to (–)14 psig, a 5VDc command signal to the digital vacuum regulator will create a (-)7 psig vacuum pressure. The flow rate of QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator valve is 640 L/min. Should a higher flow rate is required, it is possible to couple a volume booster to the negative pressure regulator. QKL-B3V digital vacuum regulator allows user to regulate vacuum level via analog or digital control signal. The regulator is not self-relief, meaning that it does not exhaust excess air to reach target vacuum level. The monitor output is available either as analog output or switch output. QKL-B3V operates in dual solenoid valve principle with a closed loop electronic control. The internal negative pressure transducer monitors the vacuum level and controls the operation of the inlet and the outlet solenoid valve of the vacuum pressure regulator valve. With this special design, QKL-B3V electronic vacuum control regulator can be installed inline in any orientation, offering high flow rate, high accuracy, and high repeatability. Our vacuum pressure controller has the advantage of digital communication, which allows users to calibrate and monitor regulator status remotely. As for ingress protection, QKL-B3V digital vacuum regulator is compliant to IP65, and the M12 cable connection allows user to easily install and dismount from inline operation. QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator has been used in applications such as thermoforming, leak testing, tube extrusion, and tank blanketing.
