The KCR-65 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine that crushes and reprocesses HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, converting the waste into pellets at an output of 35-50 kgs / hr.A 15 HP crusher and 2 HP spiral-type hopper feeding device convey the material into a single-degasification Ø 65 mm screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio, heated at 13.5 kw across 3 auto thermo zones and driven by an AC 20 hp inverter motor.
