The MGB-CPP-1800-2LF is a triple manifold CPP film co-extrusion line built on a two-layer-stand design that saves space and cost, with a twin-screw configuration enabling dual production. The control system uses a movable human touch interface with digital communication monitoring of screw rotational speed, die head temperature, pressure, thermo air knife, and vacuum box, plus remote monitoring and recipe management.Temperature control uses an SCR system holding a tolerance of ±1°C to precisely control plasticizing, sheet thickness, flatness, and foaming proportion. The screw incorporates a static mixer and gear pump to accurately control extruding output, pressure, and time for homogeneous color, while a non-stop screen changer unit keeps production running during screen changes.
