The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. Application for greenhouse sheet, agricultural films, construction sheets, food packaging, sacks, shrink films, shrink hood films, and more. Max. film width of up to 4.2 m (8.4 m for single-layer-opened films) It supports a wide range of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, MPE, PP, and others. The machine is equipped with three sets of gearboxes and motors for independent control. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device. The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs. The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-ABA-55-50 is a 3-layer high speed inflation machine with an A-B-A structure: the two outer layers are fed from one extruder and the core layer from a second, so that a 3-layer film is produced with two extruders rather than the three used in JANDI'S A-B-C lines (GF-E3C and GF-L3C series).
