The MGR-MINIROLL-1600 is Ming Jilee's coreless rewinding machine, purpose-built for rewinding air bubble film (bubble Ø 10 mm) and EPE foam (thickness 1 - 5 mm). It uses an integrated heat needle sealing system in place of traditional tape sealing, plus a cantilever shaft design for quick loading of the mother roll.A proximity switch control automatically stops the machine in case of malfunction, and a fully motorized nip roll cylinder with a built-in pneumatic cutting mechanism keeps material feeding stable and cutting precise.
