The MGR-MINIROLL-1600 is Ming Jilee's coreless rewinding machine, purpose-built for rewinding air bubble film (bubble Ø 10 mm) and EPE foam (thickness 1 - 5 mm). It uses an integrated heat needle sealing system in place of traditional tape sealing, plus a cantilever shaft design for quick loading of the mother roll.

A proximity switch control automatically stops the machine in case of malfunction, and a fully motorized nip roll cylinder with a built-in pneumatic cutting mechanism keeps material feeding stable and cutting precise. An optional tape dispenser is available for sealing finished rolls. Width of production reaches Max. 1,600 mm, with rewinding dia of 80 - 300 mm and roll length of 3 - 30 meter.
