The extruder size configuration can be customized based on production needs, including asymmetrical configurations such as 90+120 or other combinations. Application of 2-layer film: Agricultural Film, Mulch Film, Laminating Film, Courier Bag, Frozen Package, etc. Equipped with two independent gearboxes, dual motors, two extruders, and two separate control systems. The fully automatic winder enables automatic roll change and cutting, improving automation and saving operator time. The rotary die ensures more uniform film thickness. Max. film width of up to 4.2 m (8.4 m for single-layer-opened films) It supports a wide range of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, MPE, PP, and others. The machine is equipped with three sets of gearboxes and motors for independent control. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device. The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs. The PLA/PBAT Blown Film Machine (GF-LB Series) is a blown film line configured for compostable and biodegradable resins based on PLA and PBAT. It produces tubular film from these compounds for downstream bag making, in the same way that JANDI'S GF-L series does for conventional polyethylene, and is listed in the showroom specification table as the GF-LB Series with film width and extruder size selected per model. The line is built from an extruder, a blown film die, an air ring, a take-up tower and a winder. Tiny Inflation Machine (TINY-28)

The TINY-28 is a laboratory-scale blown film machine for HD, LD and LLDPE resin, intended for lab use and color testing and for producing small, thin film samples. It is the middle size of three, between the TINY-25 and the GF-HMM28. The extruder uses a 28 mm screw feeding a 40 mm blown film die, and temperature is controlled in 3 ZONES. Maximum film width is 200 mm at a maximum extrusion output of 8 KG/HR. The take-up unit has a 300 mm roller width and the single-station surface friction winder has an effective width of 200 mm. Because the machine is used for resin and masterbatch trials rather than production, JANDI'S notes that specifications can be changed to the customer's requirements. The GF-L65ES-1 belongs to the GF-L ES super high speed series for LD and LLDPE film, positioned above the standard GF-L line for wider film and higher output. In the 65 mm size the line is rated for a maximum film width of 1600 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 KG/HR, with a 65 mm screw driven by a 75 HP motor and a 350 mm blown film die. Temperature is controlled in 7 ZONES from the control panel. The take-up unit is a tower fixed type with a 1600 mm roller width and a take-up speed of Max. 60 M/Min.
