Max. film width of up to 4.2 m (8.4 m for single-layer-opened films) It supports a wide range of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, MPE, PP, and others. The machine is equipped with three sets of gearboxes and motors for independent control. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device. The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs. The MGB-CPP-1800-2LF is a triple manifold CPP film co-extrusion line built on a two-layer-stand design that saves space and cost, with a twin-screw configuration enabling dual production. The GF-L3C-MT is an A-B-C three-layer co-extrusion blown film line. Three extruders feed a co-extrusion die so that the inner, middle and outer layers of the film can be built from different resins, which is how a single film gains properties such as strength from one layer and sealability or surface finish from another. JANDI'S specifies the line for LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE, EVA and PP. The MT configuration is built for wide flat film and gusseted film, with the film width and gusset width stated in the specification table below. The Co-extrusion machine allows to use two kinds resin or more by two or more extrusion units to create multi-function extrusion layers. The variety of resin after melted and go through the feed block then join into the T-die. The side screw has corrosion resistance treatment.
