The JIT-45D is the 2-Color T-shirt Bag Making Line in JANDI'S JIT series. Rather than a stand-alone bag machine, a JIT line links blown film extrusion, printing and bag making into one in-line process, so that resin enters at one end and finished, printed T-shirt bags leave at the other without intermediate film rolls being stored and re-handled. The 45D designation identifies the two-color printing configuration of the line.The JIT series is offered in several configurations — mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and the 2-color full-automatic type represented by the JIT-45D — so the line can be matched to the film structure and print requirement of the bag. The JIT-55 is the mono-layer semi-automatic type in JANDI'S JIT T-shirt bag making line. A JIT line links blown film extrusion, flexographic printing and bag making into one in-line process: resin goes in at one end and printed, heat-cut T-shirt bags come out at the other, without film rolls being stored and re-handled between steps. The line is specified for biodegradable material as well as HDPE resin with filler.The in-line flexographic printer runs water-based and solvent-based inks, a bobbin change unit allows non-stop operation, and a waste recovery unit returns the die-cut scrap to the line. FS-BT-S is equipped with 2-station servo table and side-blow system. After preform injection, the servo table rotates 180 degrees, a servo screw then transfers a neck plate with PETIPC preforms to the side-blow station for blowing bottles. Using side-blow system is available and flexible for a bigger work place, and optional devices; gate trimmer (preform tail cutting device) and product conveyor can easily be mounted inside the machine to go on the automatic production.
