For thirty years, Chi Chang has been designed and manufacturing fully computerised lines for sheet & film extrusion and co-extrusion. Our highly qualified team of engineers, operators and technicans has always been searching for high extrusion technology to meet your requirements. After years reserching since our first PP hollow profile sheet extrusion line in 1987, our new generation will produce PP hollow profile sheet with width from 1200mm to 2500mm, thinckness from 2mm to 10mm and output upto 500 kg/hr. In the mean time, we are pleased to introduce our new PC hollow profile sheet extrusion line. It is able to produce two-layer and three-layer PC hollow profile sheet with width 1200mm & 2100mm and thickness 5mm-10mm (two-layer) and 16mm (three-layer), and output upto 500 kg/hr.

The extruder size configuration can be customized based on production needs, including asymmetrical configurations such as 90+120 or other combinations. Application of 2-layer film: Agricultural Film, Mulch Film, Laminating Film, Courier Bag, Frozen Package, etc. Equipped with two independent gearboxes, dual motors, two extruders, and two separate control systems. The fully automatic winder enables automatic roll change and cutting, improving automation and saving operator time. The rotary die ensures more uniform film thickness. Maximum film width reaches up to 4.2 meters, and when slit and opened on one side, it can reach up to 8.4 meters. The specifications listed below do not represent all available models. -Two-layer extrusion tube can reduce material cost. (using: Pearl + PE/PE + Pigment) -The temperature controllers of different materials can be controlled individually. In this way, we can find out the best running condition on the materials both in running fluency and dissolubility. -The surface of co-extrusion tubes made by two-layer machine is more glossy than the surface of mono-layer tubes. -Using the same material on two-layer same material on two-layer co-extrusion can increase the water-resistance and anti-penetration of the materials for about 20~30%.
