The MGB-RPW-65 is a pelletizing and recycling system built to reprocess PP, HDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into reusable resin pellets, letting bag manufacturing and stationery production lines recover scrap material in house and reduce the need to send it off-site for disposal. The extruder feeds melt to the round die's precision boreholes, where high-speed rotary knives cut the melt as it exits and centrifugal force pushes the pellets into a rotating water ring for cooling and transport to a separator.The round die is made from nitride steel and hardened to extend production life, while the rotary knives use tungsten carbide material for durability and quick changeover without adjustment.
