HDPE High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-H45)

The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower.Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The take-up tower is a fixed type with a 700 mm roller width, and winding is on a single-station manual surface winder controlled from an independent switch board. SGD gravimetric doser is suitable for continues precision dosing of masterbatch to the plastic process machine. The unit has a selection of four dosing screw sizes for different throughput needs. The unit can supports up to two sets of dosing screws for various material receipt. The lose-it-weight technology allows doser to measure and correct dosing to realize constant dosing precision. SGD syncronize dosing speed in extruder mode via analog 0~10V input from the extruder. Combination of Shini VL venturi loader realizes auto conveying of material to SGD at all time.
