The KMH-65 is a high-speed HDPE blown film extrusion line built for wide-format film production, used in applications such as plastic shopping bags. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring, then flattened and wound. The KMH-65 produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 1300 mm width, with output between 20-80 kgs/hr.

The extruder runs a Ø 65 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 4-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 50 HP motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø100/150 mm die paired with a Ø150/200 mm air ring, and the take-up section reaches speeds up to 75 m/min.
