During the cooling process of PLA resin melt, it induces epigenetic crystallization of PLA molecules, thereby accelerating crystallization, shortening the molding cycle, and improving the heat resistance, flexural modulus, and surface gloss of the finished product. BTD-8808 can be used in food contact materials. The recommended dosage of BTD-8808 is 0.3~0.5 phr of the resin. When compounded with PLA and other resin granules, other dispersants can be used appropriately to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be used directly in the base resin or processed into a masterbatch of a certain concentration.
